Novo Nordisk is pleased to introduce an Energy internship in Facility & EHS Support for students interested in studying in Denmark. Interns will assist their Energy Steward with Energy Management at the site, focusing on evaluating energy use and identifying opportunities for process and equipment optimization. Eligibility For Novo Nordisk Internships

Novo Nordisk is seeking for an intern that is interested in the field of energy. Candidates must be service-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced workplace, and have a can-do attitude; they must also be able to manage multiple projects at once, have solid personal judgment, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You are an extroverted individual with a strong sense of self-motivation and determination. Your willingness to take initiative reflects your professional and personal significance. Finally, you must have a strong work ethic as well as a determination to take charge of your own education.
Candidates must be able to communicate in Danish both orally and in writing.

Application Requirements For Novo Nordisk Internship

Applicants must have a recent and relevant Master’s degree, as well as a minimum of 6 months of international work, study, or volunteer experience. After graduation, you should have a maximum of one year of relevant work experience, above-average academic performance, and the capacity to relocate worldwide. Furthermore, because Novo Nordisk’s corporate language is English, you must be able to write and speak the language fluently.

Also, as part of the application, the process includes that you must record a 1-minute personal video answering a question specific to the program track you are applying for (available in the job ad). This will enable us to get a good feeling about who you are and how you will match our organization.

Step 3:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial online or phone interview with the program manager or a local HR representative. The candidates who are not invited for an interview will be notified by mail. Feedback will be provided to the candidates who have been invited for an interview.

Step 4:

The successful candidates will be invited to the virtual Graduate Recruitment Centre.

Candidates will take part in interviews, team- and individual exercises, and will be given feedback on personality and aptitude tests conducted prior to the Graduate Recruitment Centre.
